We are looking for Technical Support Manger . The job duties of applicants are mention as follows but not limited to;

  1. Create, publish, and maintain project requirements and documentation.
  2. Building & managing customer relations
  3. Research & development for exsisting & new projects & products
  4. Business generation
  5. Managing teams of customer support
  6. Training Sales & Technical Teams on products utility
  7. Maintain and meet projects deadline
  8. Update projects status to clients & Management
  9. Project Costs analaysis
Skills Required:
Hands on experience on hardware, software, database & networks environment.
Strong customer handling skills
Experience on security systems & surveillance will be advantage.
Ability to drive cross functional teams
