We are looking for experienced HR business partner.
• Manager HR Operations at the business unit in coordination with the Corporate Human Resource
• Successfully implement new HR policies and procedures at the business unit
• Lead the HR team based at the respective business unit
• Oversee recruitment and selection, employee boarding process
• To manage leave and attendance and payroll activities, including overtime, shift duties and time
• Handle matters pertaining to progressive discipline
• To resolve employee grievances
• To oversee matters pertaining to audit and compliance
• Remain in coordination with the Corporate Human
• Resource Department in order to implement HR policies and procedures at the business unit
• Acts as a change in supporting integration efforts and driving cultural change.
