Job Description

We are looking for Hr Executive along with MBA and Experience about 2 to 3 years in core HR Department.

The Ideal Candidate Should:

  • Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (MBA HR will be preferred)
  • Have at least 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience


Job Description

  • Focus on employee orientation and in achieving service KPIs defined for onboarding
  • Create employee numbers of new joiners & update HRIS (HITS, Harmony) as per defined SOPs
  • Maintain Personal Files of new joiners
  • Provide support to supervisor on daily tasks to ensure service delivery
  • Issue & record all new joiner benefits on a timely basis
  • Process Confirmations of new joiners as per policy
  • Design & execute well-being programs
  • Process & track HR payments for South region

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical & problem solving skills
  • Sound coordination and follow up skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent understanding of updated HR policies, procedures & SLAs
  • Basic knowledge of Health & Life Insurance procedures for addition, deletion & enrollment of employee details

Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and to plan and organize tasks effectively & efficiently
  • Good Team player
