Qualification and Experience: Must be MBA with 2 years of supervisory experience


Job Description:
  • Coaching, motivating and retaining staff and coordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes
  • Forecasting and analyzing data against budget figures on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Advising clients on products and services available
  • Monitor statistics achievements against Company standards
  • Listen and respond immediately with an appropriate level of concern to all customer issues. Analyze, solve, and correct customer service issues

Skills:
  • Proficiency with MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
